Thank you for purchasing from OSHA PDF. We know you will love our products, but if you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received and you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.  We will only pay return shipping costs if the product was due to error on our part or our shipping partners.

Contact support@oshapdf.com with your invoice number and indication if you want a refund or a replacement product.  We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the amount of your potential credit. All packages will need an RMA number for all returns.

Also note that all digital and customized products are non-refundable.

You will receive a refund to your payment method within 15 days, if your return is in a saleable condition. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

Further your cancellation, return, and refund eligibility may differ if items were purchased from or billed through a third party.
